User Agreement

1 What This Agreement Covers

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding contract between you and S.D TRUCK CENTER INC, together with its authorised operator SurePlay Limited (together "we", "us"), for your use of the iOS game Piggy Pastures: Earn Money (the "Game"), including its farm-building levels, harvesting and reward mechanics, in-game props and upgrades, achievements, soundtrack, in-app purchases, advertising features, and any future updates we ship.

By tapping Start, downloading, installing, launching, or otherwise interacting with the Game, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by it.

2 Your Licence to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on iOS devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence includes the right to:

• Solve every puzzle and replay it as many times as you like;
• Save your progress and share screenshots / short clips of your best clears on social media (we love a good one-tap full clear brag);
• Use the Game in a classroom or family setting, free of charge, as long as no admission fee is charged specifically to play it.

This licence does not grant you any right to copy the Game, redistribute its assets, reverse-engineer the matching engine, or repackage the levels as another app.

3 Rules of the Pasture

Engaging in the "please don't" behaviours above may lead us to limit Game features for the affected device, withhold rewards earned through that behaviour, or — for severe or repeated abuse — terminate your access. Where the conduct involves cheating ad networks, the relevant ad partner may also independently restrict the device.

4 Rewarded Ads & "Watch Ad to Unlock"

To keep the Game free, certain optional power-ups (e.g. Extra LifePath HintUndo Step) are offered through rewarded video ads. By using these features you understand and agree that:

• Watching an ad is always optional; you can finish every level without it.
• The promised reward is granted only after the ad network confirms a valid completion callback.
• If the reward fails to deliver due to network issues, ad-network outages, device sleep, or similar technical problems, we will make a best-effort to detect and recover, but cannot guarantee compensation for every individual case.
• We rely on ad-network anti-fraud signals. If a session is flagged for fraudulent ad traffic, rewards for that session may be revoked.

5 In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional one-time in-app purchases such as Remove Ads, coin packs, or bundles. All payments go through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard terms. You can:

• Restore previous purchases via Settings → Restore Purchases;
• Request refunds directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com;
• Manage parental controls and "Ask to Buy" via iOS Screen Time.

We never store your payment information; Apple handles the transaction and only shares a transaction receipt with the Game so it can unlock the relevant content.

6 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in and to the Game — including the source code, the farm engine, the piglet & pasture artwork, level designs, illustrations, soundtrack, font choices, UI layouts, marketing copy, and trademarks ("Piggy Pastures: Earn Money", "Farmer") — belongs to S.D TRUCK CENTER INC, SurePlay Limited, or our licensors. The level routes and screen recordings you create belong to you and you may share them freely; the underlying engine and assets remain ours.

7 Service Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may add levels, retire experimental features, change difficulty curves, swap ad partners, or temporarily suspend the Game for maintenance. Where reasonably possible we will give advance notice via an in-game banner or App Store release notes. We may also limit or terminate access where:

• You materially breach this Agreement;
• Continued service would violate applicable law;
• A third-party platform (Apple, ad networks, cloud providers) discontinues a service we rely on.

You can terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game.

8 Minors

The Game is rated 4+ on the App Store. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please read this Agreement together with a parent or legal guardian and only use the Game with their permission. Guardians are responsible for supervising their child's gameplay, ad interactions, and any in-app purchase decisions. We support all standard iOS parental controls.

9 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". While we put real care into the levels, art and code, we cannot warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of all bugs, or compatible with every present and future iOS device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of stars, save data, rewards, time, or imaginary virtual piglets, arising out of or in connection with the Game.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability; in those places, the limits above apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law, and you may have additional consumer rights granted by Apple's standard EULA.

10 Updates to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement when we ship new mechanics (e.g. a sandbox editor, online level sharing), or when new regulations require it. Material changes will be highlighted in-game the next time you launch. Your continued use after the change date means you accept the revised Agreement.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Except where mandatory local law provides otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the studio's registered jurisdiction. We hope you'll write to us before reaching for a lawyer — most problems can be resolved by a friendly email and a clear bug report. If consultation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under local law.

12 Third-Party Notices

The Game uses third-party software components, including (without limitation) Apple SpriteKit, AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, Firebase, and Tenjin. Each is provided under its own licence. Where required, the full list of attributions is available in Settings → About → Open-Source Notices.
